Please do not come to the hair salon/lash studio if you exhibit any of the following symptoms:

• Fever (99 °F degrees and above), cough, shortness of breath, runny nose, head or body aches, sore throat, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or loss of taste and smell

• If you or anyone in your household has been sick within the last 5 days

• If you have traveled out of state in the last 14 days and must quarantine 

• If you or anyone you know has a compromised immune system

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:

​

1. Wear a face mask in our location at all times. Please bring a personal mask with you as we will have a limited quantity of disposable masks available.

2. Arrive no more than five minutes before your booked appointment. You will be asked to wait outside until our stylist is ready to serve you. Please attend your appointments on time. If you are more then 10 mins late, we may have to reschedule your appointment.

3. Attend appointments alone. Friends, family members, children and/or pets will be asked to stay at home.

4. Accept the terms and conditions sent to you via appointment confirmation, prior to arriving at the location.    

5. Please come with washed dry hair. Because respiratory droplets linger in your hair, please come with as clean hair as possible.

6. Please come with makeup free eyes for your lash appointment. 

7. Washrooms will be limited to clients with longer appointment times only.

ARRIVING AT YOUR APPOINTMENT:

​

1. Expect to have your temperature taken upon entering the location by your stylist/specialist. Anyone with a temperature above 99°F will be asked to seek  medical attention

2. Please disinfect your hands upon arrival, using the restrooms and/or hand sanitizers provided.

3. Outside food and/or drinks will not be permitted inside. Serving beverages of any kind, magazines, and complimentary charging stations will be temporarily unavailable.

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT:

​

HAIR SALON

1. Haircut clients will be provided with a protective disposable cape and or neck strip

2. Haircut clients may leave with wet hair, styled with product or put up, as preferred

​

LASH STUDIO

1. Lash clients will be provided with a body length, protective disposable sheet to lie upon during their appointment. This will be changed after each and every appointment

2. Lash Specialist tools will be disinfected rigorously after each use. Each specialist shall conduct their appointment while wearing a face mask and shield at all times. At the client's request, our specialist may wear gloves as well

3. Checkout may occur at your lash station, depending on reception traffic

4. Unfortunately no blanket will be provided at this time

ALL N15 TEAM MEMBERS SHALL:

​

1. Wear a mask at all times and face shield at all times

2. Wash their hands, before and after every appointment.

3. Clean and disinfect all tools with alcohol, before and after every appointment.

4. Clean and disinfect their chair and station, before and after every appointment.

5. Sanitize their hands throughout the service if they change tools or step away from their station at any time.

6. Use disposable gloves for every appointment.

7. Stay home if they are sick and/or not feeling well.
